INTRODUCTION

We all met in a group created during the side hustle boot camp we signed up for. We were given a task to create a product requirement document for a food delivery application.

The Process

The group project of product managers began with daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and plan for the day. Throughout the project, the product managers worked closely with the product designers to ensure that the product requirements document was comprehensive and aligned with the goals of the project.

To achieve this, the team had brainstorming sessions and collaborated to generate ideas and refine the product requirements. They then prioritized the requirements and created user stories to guide the development of the product.

The product managers also conducted market research to ensure that the product was competitive and met customer needs. We then created a product roadmap to outline the development milestones and set deadlines for the various phases of the project.

Throughout the project, the team maintained open communication channels to ensure that everyone was on the same page and that any issues were quickly addressed. During this project, the product managers worked with the product designers to create wireframes, Road maps and prototypes of the product. They then conducted usability tests to ensure that the product was intuitive and easy to use.

Conclusion

In the end, the team successfully delivered the product requirements document, which included a detailed outline of the product's features, user stories, Acceptance criteria, road map, User flow, App Name, Overview Change History, Feature prioritization and description.
